Following the success of last year’s global offer, StreetFest will play host to over 50 internationally celebrated graffiti and street artists. Focusing on crews and teams, this year’s exciting programme is packed full with members from elusive collectives including ID Crew and The Lost Souls as well as solo artists, SKOR and Kaes. Live tattooing, digital graffiti walls and workshops will also add to the line-up.
Taking place on Sunday 3rd May 2015 and now celebrating its 8th birthday, StreetFest will be bigger and better than ever before. Located in the brand new and visually dramatic setting of Tobacco Dock, the UK’s No.1 Live Art & Urban Culture Festival fuses together innovative talents from a broad range of genres covering music, art, dance and sport.
Highlights include German graffiti heavyweight SKOR; a letter based artist whose style is influenced by classic calligraphy. Another international contribution is Madrid-born artist, Kaes. Trained and influenced by the old school ethos of train graffiti, he has further strengthened his exceptional style with a knowledge of graphic design. Kaes is also an active member of various international collectives including Remember Me, Work Shop Collective and Ghost Writers.
From the UK, StreetFest are proud to have ID Crew members TIZER and GENT48 and from The Lost Souls; Captain Kris, SPZero, Si Mitchell and Squirl on board. ID Crew, also known as Ivory Duke and Idiots, are legendary in the UK. Each of the six prolific members are respected in their own craft and consistently produce beautiful works of art which StreetFest are incredibly excited to showcase. Bringing another dimension to the graffiti world are The Lost Souls whose impressive collective have recently been working on amazing animated productions, cementing them as one of the street art world’s strongest new school crews.

With a more diverse and bigger line-up than ever before with many flying in from all over the world, new elements will be added to the programme including The Arts Council Workshop Project, which will see established artists such as Artista and Jeba taking some of street art’s newcomers and helping them push their skills on the day. Work created on the day will then be exhibited at Juno Bar Shoreditch in the months to follow StreetFest. Along with digital graffiti walls and murals, another interactive element to this year’s festival line-up is the Paperchasers Ink Tattoo Pop-Up. The only urban tattoo magazine in the UK, they will be inviting some of the leading tattooists to StreetFest to ink up some of the more adventurous festivalgoers throughout the day.
